Deputations to Council
Individuals and groups may request presentation time on the agenda of a Committee of the Whole meeting to make a formal address to City Council. There are three categories of presentations:
- formal recognition of a delegation visiting the City
- announcement of a City-wide event being sponsored by a community group
- deputation by an individual or community group on a matter of public interest
