To His Worship the Mayor and Aldermen, Port Arthur, Ont.


We hereby propose to manufacture for you one Seagrave Combination, Chemical & Hose Motor Truck, 80 H.P.A.L.A.M. Rating, air cooled motor, constructed in accordance with the annexed specifications.

We ask for this motor truck, the sum of $7,550 (SEVEN THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED & FIFTY DOLLARS) F.O.B. Port Arthur, with man to instruct in operation.

Terms Cash. Respectfully submitted, Hugh Cameron and Company.

We hereby accept the above proposal and agree to the terms as provided therein.
