Corporate Communications & Strategic Initiatives
Corporate Communications & Strategic Initiatives develops and implements communication strategies and plans consistent with the corporate vision, corporate identity and the role of municipal government. Our Division provides in-house strategic communications consultation and services to internal clients, both directly and through the Corporate Communications Network, which brings together communicators from across the Corporation. A key area of responsibility is the development and communication of the Corporate Strategic Plan.
