Q. How old do you have to be to play at a licenced bingo event, or to purchase a  break open ticket?
A. You must be 18 years of age.

Q. Can someone under the age of 18 sell raffle tickets for a licenced organization?

Q. How does an organization become eligible to run lottery events?
A. The Organization must complete an application form. See Application for Lottery Licensing and Lottery Licensing Guidelines for more information.

Q. How long does it take to process an application for a lottery licence?
A. For organizations that have previously held a municipal lottery licence,  five (5) days shall be required from the time the completed  lottery licence application is submitted to the municipality.
