Financial & Administrative Services

The Financial & Administrative Services section is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the Financial & Administrative services for the Community Services Department, with key responsibilities including:

  • Managing Departmental Procurement and Accounts Receivable processes

  • Coordinating and administering leases

  • Coordinating Departmental business planning initiatives

  •  Managing the Operating & Capital budgets and Accounting process for the Department

  • Managing Municipal Child Care Accounting and Administrative duties

  • Administering Departmental Payroll services

  • Providing Reception, Program Registration & Clerical Services

  • Managing Departmental CIT requirements
