Energy & Support Services

Energy, Financial & Administrative Services Division is  responsible for efficient and effective management of the Energy, Financial and Administrative services for the Facilities, Fleet & Transit Services Department, with key responsibility including administrative support services for strategic and business planning, budget administration and cost allocation systems for comprehensive asset and energy procurement, monitoring, verification and conservation initiatives for Corporate facilities and fleet to facilitate program service delivery.

Highlights

The Energy, Financial & Administrative Services Division:

  • Manages the budget and in year reporting process for the Department
  • Corporate energy management - budgeting, monitoring, verification and conservation and environmental stewardship initiatives
  • Coordinates and administers service level agreements
  • Co-ordinates Departmental business planning initiatives
