Fleet Services
The Fleet Services Division is responsible for the effective and efficient management of City vehicles and equipment through Fleet Training, Green Fleet initiatives, preventative maintenance operations and repairs.
Highlights
The Fleet Services Division:
- Provides scheduled maintenance and repair to a diverse portfolio of larger equipment classes and vehicles
- Ensures Provincial legislation is adhered to for the safety of persons and environment
- Creates, assigns and monitors programs involving contract services
- Provides capital asset planning with respect to vehicle acquisition and life cycle replacement strategies
- Has a portfolio of over 550 vehicles and equipment
