Highlights
Thunder Bay Transit:
- Provides services that operate 7 days a week, Monday to Saturday from 6 am to 12:30 am, Sunday from 8:40 am to 10:40 pm
- Carries approximately 3.3 million passengers, covering approximately 560 km of City Streets
- Offers services to customers such as bike racks, the automated call-stop announcement system, and real-time GPS bus arrival times
- Provides public with information, maps, route schedules, 24-hour information lines and charter services
- Installs and maintains bus stop signs and bus shelters and maintains the Water Street Terminal and the temporary terminal at City Hall in coordination with the Facilities and Fleet Department
