Internal Audit & Continuous Improvement
The Internal Audit & Continuous Improvement team has a dual role; to audit and report on internal controls and compliance with policies, and, to consult with divisional and departmental managers to improve efficiency and effectiveness. At the direction of the senior management team, Management Studies reviews divisional and departmental operations to help realize cost savings and process improvements. Management Studies also works with staff to recommend and implement changes that result in more efficient and effective service for their customers.
