Revenue Division
The Revenue Division is responsible for the billing and collection of property taxes and water revenues, general accounts receivable, Court Services and revenue payment processing. Billing and collections are governed by the Municipal Act.

- performing court administration and court support functions for the purposes of the Provincial Offences Act
- conducting prosecutions in proceedings under Parts I and II of the Provincial Offences Act
- prosecution of Municipal By-laws within the Thunder Bay Court Service Area as well as the collection of any outstanding fines
- the receipt, control, balancing and depositing of payments
- updating of accounts for tax, telephone, water and general receivable accounts paid to the City
