Central Support

The Central Support Division is responsible for the financial management and budget process for the Infrastructure & Operations Department. It also provides a number of other support services such as records management and technology transfer.

Highlights

  • Oversee Eye on the Street, supporting the Steering committee and maintaining and reporting on the program
  • Provide school crossing guards at over 40 crossings in the city
  • Respond to over 8,000 calls annually through 24 hour dispatch service
  • Manage the budget and in-year reporting process, and provide payroll and accounting services for over 300 staff in the Infrastructure & Operations Department.
