Given a choice, which of the following would you most prefer?
A zero percent infrastructure tax increase on property taxes which will result in the City continuing to fall further behind $15 million to $17 million a year on infrastructure, renewal and repairs.
A 1.5% infrastructure tax increase on property taxes which would allow the City to address a number of infrastructure, renewal and repair needs and close the infrastructure deficit by about 60%.
A 2.5% infrastructure tax increase on property taxes allowing the City to address a greater number of infrastructure, renewal and repair needs and close the infrastructure deficit by about 90%.
