Committee of the Whole Meeting Scheduled for March 29

March 19, 2010 – Thunder Bay City Council will hold an Administrative Services Committee of the Whole Meeting on Monday, March 29. Previously, no meetings were scheduled for this date however; due to an overwhelming agenda on March 22, this additional meeting has been added to City Council’s meeting schedule.

The following reports will be presented at the March 29 Committee of the Whole Meeting:

• Thunder Bay Regional Protective and Emergency Services Training Centre
• Ad Hoc Committee No. 4 - Community Safety Committee
• Aboriginal Liaison Strategy Report
• Voter Turnout for Municipal Elections, Research Summary
• Election Administration, 2010 Municipal and School Board Elections

Meeting agendas with links are now available on Wednesdays at noon at www.thunderbay.ca/citygovernment. All City Council and Committee meetings are held on Mondays beginning at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers at City Hall.
