City Hall Closing for Renovations


June 19, 2008 - City Hall will be closing for renovation in a series of moves over the next few weeks beginning June 23. The majority of public services and departments will be moving to the Victoriaville Centre.

Relocations are as follows:

June 23 - Provincial Offences Administration will be moved to Victoriaville Mall
June 23 - Parking Authority will be moved to Victoriaville Mall.
June 23 - Cashiers will be moved to the 1st floor in the Victoriaville Civic Centre
June 30 - Office of the City Clerk will be moved to Victoriaville Mall
June 30 - Lottery Licensing will be moved to Victoriaville Mall
July 7 - Revenue will be moved to Victoriaville Mall
July 14 - Offices off the Mayor and CAO will be moved to the 2nd Floor, Victoriaville Civic Centre

As of July 14, City Council and Committee Meetings will be held at the Community Auditorium on Monday evenings.

City Hall is expected to reopen in March 2009. The City thanks residents for their patience during this important renovation which will replace and improve the outside walls of the building and create a civic space for all to enjoy.
