Disaster Relief Office is Moving to a New Location

October 9, 2012 – The Thunder Bay and Area Disaster Relief office is moving to a new location today.

Effective Oct. 10, the office will be located at 401 Donald Street E., in the former EMS Building on the corner of Donald Street and Simpson Street.

“The new space provides us with the opportunity to better meet the needs of residents completing an application for losses and damages through the Ontario Disaster Relief Program,” said Kari Chiappetta, Program Manager. “We are encouraging people affected by the flood to come to the office so that we can address any questions or concerns they may have as they complete the application.”

The Disaster Relief Committee is reminding citizens that the application for losses and damages (blue form) is due on Oct. 31, 2012.
