The following amendment, and others that may not be listed here, has been made but not incorporated into the online document above:
By-law 54-2004
March 9, 2004                                   		Amends Chapter 525 - Section 525.1.1 is deleted and replaced with the following: 
"As provided by Section 3 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.5, the Mayor shall act as Head.  The City Clerk or Deputy City Clerk are empowered to carry out the administrative duties of the Head under the Act to make decisions on requests made under the Act, including the approval, denial or severance of information, as provided in the Act." 
By-law Number 49 - 2001 is repealed
