Amends Chapter 579 - Section 579.2.1 is deleted and replaced with the following: Use - in City "No person shall at any time apply and Engine Compression Exhaust Style Brake on any highway under the jurisdiction of The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay." The title to Chapter 579 is amended to read "Engine Compression Exhaust Style Brake - Use". Schedule "A" - Exceptions to Chapter 579 is deleted. | ||||||
