Ringing of the Peace Bell July 9, 2010 - The City of Thunder Bay and our Sister City, Gifu City, Japan, will jointly ring a “Peace Bell” in their respective cities for the fourth year to recognize the importance of world peace and commemorate the anniversary of the exchange relationship. The Thunder Bay ceremony will take place at 11 am in the McGillivray Square at City Hall. |
