Bids & Tenders
The Materials Management Division is responsible for the management of all goods and services required by all City Departments including acquisition, disbursement and disposal, in accordance with City of Thunder Bay By-Law #220/93 as amended, the Procurement of Goods Policy maintained in the Policies and Procedures Manual (select Finance and Accounting) and the Fair Wage Policy . The Division also oversees Auctions & Surplus Sales .
