Nothing to do after school? Check out the Neighbourhood Recreation Program. NRP is a free, inclusive, drop-in recreation program for children and youth. Girl Empowerment (Ages 10-15)
This all girls program focuses on nutrition, self-defense, physical activity, fashion, esthetics, drama and music. The program breaks down walls, builds confidence and friendships.

All NRP staff are trained in the High Five quality assurance program.
