P.R.O. Kids Board of Directors

One vacancy currently exists for a two year term on the PRO Kids Board of Directors. This two year term begins in September 2018 and has a maximum of three terms.

The PRO Kids Board of Directors is responsible for establishing the organization's long-term directions and policies, developing annual objectives and monitoring the progress of the achievement of those objectives. Members are entrusted with the management of the PRO Kids service and maintaining charitable status. Call for membership occurs during the months of April and May.

The PRO Kids Board of Directors is comprised of the offices of Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and a representative from the fundraising committee as well as community members. In order to maintain a balance in perspectives, community members must have experience in one or more of the areas identified in the board composition.
