Birth/Death Certificates

births,deaths Applications for birth and death certificates are available at the Office of the City Clerk. Birth certificates are issued by the Province of Ontario through the Registrar General's Office at 189 Red River Road. Death Certificates are issued by the funeral homes in the City of Thunder Bay.
