The City's Parks Division operates two campgrounds, at the northeast and southwest ends of the City.
Chippewa Campground, at the south end, offers RV and tent sites, log cabins (seven modern wheelchair accessible cabins and 10 historical cabins) for rent, amusement rides, picnic fields and a wildlife exhibit (see Zoo), beach, and hall rentals in the pavilion.
Trowbridge Falls Campground is situated amid the natural beauty of our northern forest along the Current River. There are 140 RV sites available, including some with electrical hook-ups. Trowbridge campground is connected by a nature trail and roadway to both Centennial Park and Boulevard Lake Park.
