Fences
The Fence By-law specifies standards for the construction and maintenance of fences and establishes maximum heights for fences in various locations. With the exception of a swimming pool fence, no permit is required to erect a fence. A brochure outlining the requirements of the Fence By-law is available from the Licensing & Enforcement Division located in the Victoriaville Civic Centre. Application forms and information on the requirements for swimming pool fences are available from the Building Division located in the Victoriaville Civic Centre. Licensing & Enforcement Division
