Subdivisions/Consents
Development which involves the creation of new lots on an existing road and does not involve the extension of municipal services is processed as a consent approved by the Committee of Adjustment. Otherwise a subdivision approval by City Council is required. Application forms are available from the Planning Division located in the Victoriaville Civic Centre.
