Pesticides
The Provincial Government of Ontario passed legislation banning the use and sale of cosmetic pesticides. This legislation supercedes municipal by-laws that currently exist across Ontario, and came into effect on April 22, 2009. For more information on the Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act please visit the Ministry of Environment website.
