Pesticides
The Provincial Government of Ontario has passed legislation banning the use and sale of cosmetic pesticides. This legislation supercedes municipal By-laws in Ontario, and came into effect April 22, 2009. For more information on the Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act please visit the Ministry of Environment website.
