Guidelines for Planting Trees
The City of Thunder Bay requires that boulevard trees be planted by the Developer in accordance with the attached plans and specifications approved by the Manager of the Parks Division. Generally, one boulevard tree shall be planted in front of each lot, as well as two along corner lots in the Subdivision. These guidelines and specifications have been prepared to provide the Developer with the necessary details and criteria for boulevard tree planting, in order to avoid delays and facilitate approval processes.
It will be the Developer's responsibility to retain a competent contractor and to ensure that the current City specifications associated with these guidelines are adhered to in every detail.
In this agreement, all references to Manager – Parks Division shall include any person designated by the Manager – Parks Division to act as their alternate.
