Preparing For Your Trip

Here are a few things to remember:

  • Please be ready 10 minutes before the confirmed pick-up time and be waiting at an outside door for your ride to arrive.
  •  Lift+ Transit has a pick-up window which is the time period in which the Lift+ vehicle will arrive. That pick-up window is from 10 minutes before to 10 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. Passengers are required to be ready to board a vehicle within the pick-up window.
  • A Lift+ vehicle is considered late at the end of the 20 minute pick-up window. Call 345-0777 to determine the status of the vehicle if it has not arrived past your pick-up window. For example, your confirmed time is 8 am. You must be ready to board at 7:50 am and the Lift+ vehicle has until 8:10 am to show up. Your vehicle is considered late as of 8:11 am.
  • A Lift+ vehicle will wait for you 5 minutes past either the confirmed pickup time or the time the bus arrives, whichever is later. If you are not waiting within this period of time, you will be considered a no-show.
    For example, if your bus arrives promptly at your scheduled pickup time of 8 am, it will wait until 8:05 am for you; if it arrives at 8:05 am, it will wait until 8:10 am for you.
