TELEPHONE REGISTRATION
Call the "Registration Hotline" at 625-TIME (8463).
The hotline operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If a registration agent is not available, your call will be forwarded to voice mail. Payment is required at the time of registration.
To register you will need:
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
Register at the following locations during normal hours of operation. Call the facility for their hours. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, money order or Visa/MasterCard.

DROP OFF/MAIL IN REGISTRATION
Drop off your completed registration form with payment to any of the in-person registration facilities: Victoriaville Civic Centre, Sir Winston Churchill Community Pool, Volunteer Pool, Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre, or Canada Games Complex. Write your course number on the cheque.

All mail-in registrations must be received one week prior to the start of the program. Please indicate a second choice if your first choice is not available. Mail-in payment can be made by cheque, money order, or Visa/MasterCard.
PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Community Services Department works to improve the availability and accessibility of recreation for people of all ages and abilities. Information and program support is provided to assist people with a disability to participate in recreation activities. For more information, please call 625-2930 or the TTY Relay Service at 711.

Registration on First-Come Basis
Most programs have limited registration filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment in Full Required at Time of Registration
Payment in full must accompany registration.
Include Information on the Back of Registration Cheques
Write the course code, course name, and location on the back of your registration cheque.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
We sincerely hope that you enjoy our programs. If not completely satisfied, speak to the Supervisor of the program area BEFORE the second class to receive a FULL refund. Refunds granted after the second class are pro-rated. Medical certificates may be required. No refunds after mid-point of programs.
Confirmation of Enrolment
If you receive your first choice in programs, you will not hear from us. Simply attend the first class. If your first choice is not available, we will contact you by telephone. Receipts will be available at the location of the first class/lesson
Subsidization
The Recreation & Culture Division has a policy to assist people who wish to participate in its instructional programs. If you require assistance with program fees, you must contact a supervisor at 625-2351 prior to submitting your registration form. This policy only applies to registered programs directly administered by the Recreation & Culture Division.
