Annual Fund Raising Blitz
Monday, October 19 to Friday, October 30
The Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre is a Canadian success story! It is a model facility that has been admired by people from coast-to-coast but most importantly it is appreciated by the more than 500 to 700 people who come through the doors daily. The Centre’s Board of Directors works in partnership with the City of Thunder Bay Recreation and Culture Division. Together we offer recreational and educational programs, activities, support services, health services and opportunities to volunteer.
The Board of Directors is committed to help offset costs of the Centre through an annual fund raising appeal in lieu of membership fees. This ensures that the Centre is available to all those 55 plus in our community. Our goal this year is $31,000 – so every donation counts.
It is with volunteers’ gift of time and your financial contribution that allows us to maintain the high standard of recreation and social programs for everyone 55 plus. If you are unable to assist financially at this time, your gift of time is always much appreciated. HARVEST CRAFT MARKET
