Training
Teens 'n training (TNT) is a dynamic course that empowers youth volunteers through training, leadership development and fun! Teens entering high school up to age 16 years are eligible. TNT is a 7-hour session that focuses on child development, worker safety awareness and the roles and responsibilities of a volunteer. Orientation is a mandatory on-site full-day training session for volunteers assigned a placement with Chippewa Summer Camps or the Playgrounds Program, with the exception of the Adventurers Camp orientation held in late June. Due to limited space in these programs, a volunteer placement cannot be guaranteed.
