Crystal Kell

Crystal Kell has been and is an exceptional and dedicated volunteer at the Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre. She was one of the founding members of the Northwest Senior Games and has served on the organizing committee for many years. She was also the District Representative for Northwestern Ontario. Crystal received the “Bob Secord” award which is a Provincial award through the Northwest Senior Games for outstanding Community Volunteerism. Crystal has also been the convenor for the centre gift shop for the last 15 years looking after the books and purchasing. She has also served on the 55 Plus Centre’s Board of Directors as a Director, President and currently Past President. She sits on the Centre’s Food Board. For 15 years, Crystal worked as a Trinity United Church representative Saturday mornings at Shelter House. She volunteered for 15 years at telecare and 5 years as their Treasurer. Crystal’s extraordinary leadership and innovative ideas have been an asset to the Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre and the community.
