We have the finest assortment of programs offered in four separate sessions: Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. Over 10,000 people register each year to control their weight, increase energy level, improve muscle tone and cardiovascular conditioning, relieve stress, look and feel good, join a friend or to socialize with a group of people of similar interest. We offer fitness programs for all ages morning, day and night. Our programs are similar to our facilities - we have something that will interest everyone.
