Accessibility Features
There are designated parking spaces marked with bright, blue paint, wide enough to accommodate lift equipped vehicles. Curb cuts are located at the drop off areas, both the front (East) and the side (North) entrance, along with push button automatic doors. Dressing rooms and washrooms that are accessible are available through a separate entrance to the pool. They include wheel-in showers, accessible washrooms, and large private changing stalls with large change tables. Regular changing areas include a wheelchair accessible bathroom stall.
There is wheelchair accessible exercise equipment on the main floor, as well as, on the second floor that can be accessed by the elevator. Walking bars are also available.
There is a pool chair lift available in the mid section of the pool, along with a ramp in the shallow section. A Portable Aquatic Lift (PAL) is available and can be used to access the lanes or the deep end. Please see the lifeguards for assistance.
There are wheelchair accessible telephones with volume control at both entrances.
