Prince Arthur's Landing at Marina Park

Prince Arthur's Landing at Marina Park is Thunder Bay's signature recreation destination. This community gathering place has transformed the City of Thunder Bay’s waterfront into a mixed-use village and animated waterfront park reconnecting the downtown to the shores of Lake Superior. Since opening in December 2011, Prince Arthur’s Landing has seen record attendance, the opening of several new businesses and 15 awards of excellence and counting. Waterfornt development is ongoing, learn more about Phase 2.

Enjoy the public paths and spaces that are enlivened by Public Art celebrating our rich culture and history. Get active and enjoy some family time. Take in Canada Day CelebrationsSummer in the Park Concerts and Movie Nights during the long summer days. For winter activities, participate in Winter Fun-days or Winterfest.
