Fun and Fitness
An easy to follow drop-in exercise program ideal for people with arthritis or other health related issues, or if you have been away from regular exercise and need to work at your own pace.
Location: Vale Community Centre, 420 Vale Avenue
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept 15 - Dec 10 Time: 9:30 - 10:30 am
Cost: $3 per class drop-in fee

Stretching for Toning
Join this class for a relaxing and casual beginner's stretch class with some yoga-based stretching. This class will help you release tension, enjoy new flexibility, and improve your balance. Ideal for people with arthritis or with limited range of motion. Location: Jumbo Gardens Community Centre, 330 Toivo Street
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept 15 - Dec 10
Times: 11 am to 12 noon

Wheelchair Curling
The Thunder Bay Wheelchair Curling Association will host Wheelchair Curling Sunday afternoons at 3:30 pm this fall and winter. Children and adults with a physical disability can join in to enjoy the sport from a wheelchair. Wheelchairs and basic curling instruction is provided by experienced curlers. Volunteer!

Connectors
Connectors is a program offered by the Independent Living Resource Centre (ILRC) Thunder Bay and is for adults of all abilities to connect, have fun and learn new things. They offer a variety of physical activities, crafting, music, arts and more. A healthy hot lunch can be purchased for $3. Healthy snacks can be purchased from the canteen. The ILRC is grateful to the Wesley United Church at 130 N. Brodie Street for offering their space and amenities to our organization and the community.
