Kakabeka Falls plunges 40 metres (131 ft) over sheer cliffs and some of the oldest fossils in the world. Get a bird's-eye view from platforms as you hike or cross-country ski along the gorge. Retrace voyageurs' footsteps around the falls in the history-rich park, open year round. The Falls are accessible from a parking lot just within the Park entrance. Other park features include camping, picnicking and swimming, Natural Heritage Education Programs during summer months and groomed cross-country ski trails during winter months..
