The Sports Dome
The Sports Dome is located in the heart of Thunder Bay, on the Canadian Lakehead Exhibition grounds. The sports facility provides residents of our community and surrounding area opportunities to learn, develop, grow and enhance recreational skills or competitive sports, while maximizing the benefits for a strong healthier future.
Thunder Bay's Sports Dome is the largest air dome structure in Ontario with an indoor, two-tiered driving range, 18-hole world class mini-putt course, 55,000 square feet of turf playing field made with in-filled rubber turf - like the NFL! - tennis court, basketball, arcade, conference/meeting room, concession area/license bar, wireless Internet service, house programs - variety of sports and activities.
Located on the CLE Grounds on Northern Avenue.
