Tourism Thunder Bay’s Seven Days With The Giant Contest Returns
Tourism Thunder Bay in association with local and regional tourism organizations and operators, is bringing back Canada’s ultimate outdoor adventure contest campaign – Win 7 Days with the Giant.
Be sure to enter and tell all your family and friends about this awesome contest for a chance to win an all-inclusive weeklong adventure exploring the city of Thunder Bay and its North Shore region. The winner and three of their guests will start with paid return airfare form anywhere in North America, digital camera package, camping gear and a beautiful Sleeping Giant watercolour painting. From there they will create their own adventure to include exploring Sleeping Giant Provincial Park, Fort William Historical Park sailing and angling on Lake Superior, mountain biking, hiking, culinary and cultural adventures, and much more!
Contest closes on May 31, 2011 at midnight. Enter by going to www.visitthunderbay.com. This contest is not open to residents of the city of Thunder Bay or those residing within a 50 km radius of the city.

Terry Fox Information Centre’s Spring Hours
Tourism Thunder Bay invites you to bring your visitors to the Terry Fox Information Centre throughout the spring season. Tour the site, visit the monument or pick up travel information about the many things to see and do in the city. The Centre is open between 9 am – 5 pm, seven days a week (closed on statutory holidays).  The Centre will be closed on April 22 for Good Friday, and 25 for Easter Monday.   • The Erudition – Kelly Richardson – London, UK: Video installation of a lunar-esque looking landscape with holographic trees blowing in fictional wind. Richardson has exhibited at the AGO and Sundance Film Festival.
