Incident Reporting and Referral Service Report

Members of Diversity Thunder Bay and the City of Thunder Bay’s Anti-Racism Advisory Committee established an Anti-Racism Incident Reporting Working Group, and in June 2017 piloted a racism reporting service in the city. The Working Group was formed because of concerns over the prevalence of racism in Thunder Bay and its effects on individual and community well-being.

The Incident Reporting & Referral Service Pilot Program aimed to create a community-based, accessible mechanism for reporting and tracking racist incidents in the city.
