Pay for Parking - you can now pay for your parking spot and extend your time through our web portal or on the new Passport Parking Canada App! Download this free app today from the App Store or Google Play. Learn more about the App.

Pay a Ticket - paying your ticket is now quick and easy through our online Pay a Parking Ticket portal*. Tickets can also be paid in-person, by mail, or at drop boxes (Waterfront Parkade - 18 Court St. N. & Victoriaville Parkade - 131 Syndicate Ave. S., 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday). Be sure to include the ticket number on money orders and cheques payable to the Thunder Bay Parking Authority. 

*Paying a parking ticket online includes a $3.50 online convenience payment fee.

Scam Alert! Please be aware that City of Thunder Bay Municipal Parking Services will never text or call regarding outstanding parking tickets. If you receive a text or call saying you have an unpaid parking ticket do not click on any links or respond. You may call our office at 807-625-2370 if you have any questions regarding City of Thunder Bay parking tickets.
