Property Description

The subject property is located on the west side of Thompson Road, approximately ½ kilometre north of John Street Road as shown on the attached map.

The subject lands are currently vacant.

Proposal

The Applicant has applied to amend the Zoning By-law to allow for the development of the lands with a single detached dwelling and garage.

Purpose and effect of proposal

The purpose of the proposed amendment is to rezone a portion of the lands from the “EP” – Environmental Protection Zone to the “RU1” – Rural Area Zone

The effect of this amendment would be to construct a new single detached dwelling and garage.
