The City invited everyone to spend some time outside experiencing the best of winter at SnowDay on the Waterfront, Family Day – Monday, February 17, 12 pm - 5 pm, at Prince Arthur’s Landing – Marina Park. SnowDay on the Waterfront was presented by Ontario Power Generation.

This year, we were pleased to have six teams carving all weekend. Each team brought a unique vision of this year’s theme, City of Thunder Bay’s 50th Anniversary and Sports through the Ages. Congratulations to this year's people's choice award winner and honourable mention: ‘Waves of Thunder’ by Chad Charles Kirvan and Mary Jane MacDonald! And congratulations to this year's jury prize award winner: 'Delivering the News', by Willow Springs Creative Centre!
