Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Acceptance of Terms: By reading this document and selecting the “Terms and Conditions” checkbox at checkout, you accept all terms outlined here, as well as any additional terms that may be posted at the venue from time to time.
  • Electronic Signature: Selecting the checkbox serves as your electronic signature under the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) or equivalent legislation in your country. This signature forms a legally binding contract of sale. Your acceptance is recorded electronically.
  • Required to Complete Purchase: You must accept these Terms and Conditions on the checkout page before you can complete your transaction.

Accessible Seating

  • If your ticket purchase includes seating designated as accessible (typically reserved under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005), ushers may greet you near the accessible seating area.
  • If for any reason, it is more appropriate to seat you elsewhere, you explicitly agree that you and your entire party may be re-seated at the sole discretion of the venue. Seating will be based on availability for that event.

Scalping, Secondary Market, or Problem Orders

  • We do not make tickets available to scalpers or the secondary market. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase at any time and for any reason if we determine that the order presents a potential issue or risk to the venue (including, but not limited to, financial or reputational concerns).
  • Tickets cancelled by the venue more than 7 days prior to the performance will be refunded in full.
  • This policy is strictly enforced if you have a history of disputing a sale.

Policies

  • The venue maintains specific box office policies related to season ticket holders, single-ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the ticket purchaser acknowledges and agrees to comply with all box office policies.
  • Any data you provide is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
