CURBSIDE GARBAGE COLLECTION
The City's Roads Division coordinates garbage collection. Collection limit is three bags or items of waste from each household, once a week. Collection may take place at any time between the hours of 7 am and 5:30 pm. For more information or a garbage collection schedule, contact

SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY
In 2013, the City of Thunder Bay will develop a Solid Waste Management Strategy (SWMS) to provide direction for optimizing current and future residential and Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) sector solid waste programs to best meet Thunder Bay's needs over the next 20 years.
