Get ready to soar with us at Kite Festival at Chippewa Park – a family-friendly celebration filled with colourful kites, outdoor fun, and exciting activities! Join us for:
- Temporary Tattoos – Get creative and add a fun, vibrant design to your look at our temporary tattoo station!
- Kite Flying Areas – Bring your own kite or borrow one to take to the skies in our designated flying zones.
- Amusement Rides – Enjoy thrilling rides and classic fair fun for all ages with Kite Festival Special Pricing!

Bracelets will be sold for either one hour or two hours of unlimited rides:

Adults- $30.00 for 1 hour, $50.00 for 2 hours

Child- $20.00 for 1 hour, $30.00 for 2 hours

- Individual tickets will be available
- $5.50- large ride
- $2.50- small ride

- Food Vendors – Satisfy your cravings with a variety of tasty treats from local food vendors.
- Artisans - discover unique creations from local artisans.
- Community Groups – Explore booths from local organizations and connect with the community.
- Indoor & Outdoor Activities – With activities for all ages, everyone will find something fun to do, no matter the weather!
- Shuttle Service – Shuttle buses will be available from the Intercity area for easy access to the park.
- Buses will leave Intercity Shopping Centre (Memorial Ave & Isabella St parking lot) approx. every half hour, starting at 10:30 am.
- Buses will leave Chippewa Park approx. every half hour, starting at 11:00 am.
- Last shuttle leaves Chippewa Park at 3:00 pm.
- Bike Valet & Active Transportation Routes - if you're looking to bike to Chippewa Park, you can park in our monitored Bike Valet!
