Signs that are within 400 metres of any provincial right-of-way may require a sign permit from the MTO in addition to a sign permit from the City of Thunder Bay. You can access the MTO sign permit application online.

To apply for a sign permit, a Sign Permit Application is required and must conform to the Sign Permit By-law.
