City Expanding its Municipal Recycling Program Beginning May 1Effective May 1, the City of Thunder Bay will be expanding its recycling program to allow residents to recycle all #1 through #7 coded plastic containers.
The recycling program expansion will allow residents to recycle plastic containers such as yogurt, margarine and sour cream containers.
