    October 4, 2017 - The City's Infrastructure & Operations' Dispatch number, 625-2195, is back in service after a network interruption in the south end of the city this morning.

    The Infrastructure & Operations' Dispatch is a service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for questions, concerns or emergencies regarding roads, waste management, traffic signals, street lighting, street light maintenance, sewer and water, snow removal, snow dump sites, applications for sewer and water connections,.

  • City Hosts Corrosion Control Plan Public Information Session

    October 4, 2017 - The City of Thunder Bay is hosting a Public Information Session on its Corrosion Control Plan tonight from 4 - 7 pm at the Slovak Legion.

    The City is moving ahead with the next phase of its Corrosion Control Plan to add sodium hydroxide to its water supply to reduce the amount of lead found in tap water.
